I signed up for Disney + and I get the £2 airtime discount but as I already had an account with Disney + which I paid on my credit card, I cancelled my subscription on my credit card. Disney+ from o2 was set up on the same account but when I cancelled my card it says subscription cancelled but there is no way to link my extra to any account as it is already linked but the Disney + account hasn't picked up the o2 payment. So my Disney+ account is being cut off in 10 or so days but I don't know how to link it to my o2 account as I'm paying for it through my phone bill. Last month I paid for Disney + through o2 and they took a £5.99 payment off my card too.

Is the only way to rectify this cancelling my extra and signing up again or is there another way to do it please? 
Cannot contact o2 to find out and Disney + says sort via o2.
