same problem too - states i have 29 days left to activate offer but clicking on 'activate' takes me to a 'ooops page cannot be found'. Please help....

I'm having the same issues and O2 have turned a really positive offer into a customer service mess. I took up the offer for my daughter for Xmas and clearly O2 are aware of the problems and have done nothing to sort them out. Our experience with the customer helpline has also been appalling. Clearly this has backfired into you being the company that took out Disney at Christmas; please sort it out!

Same error for me too. Been trying to access it and activate since I added on Monday (20th) evening and just won’t work. Have called O2 countless times and they said an email with the activation link in it has been sent but I’ve still not received it and it’s not in my junk folder or anything. Got this for my partner for Christmas and looks like he won’t be able to use it over the Christmas break. Has anyone had any luck with getting this resolved?

No and it’s really starting to pee me off aswell. Was hoping the children could have it over Christmas but no luck.
