Disney+ is my extra for joining O2

I choose Disney+ as my extra when I joined O2, I can not watch anything as it keeps asking me to sign in, so when I try to sign in it doesn't recognize me, and asks me to sign up. How do I use this free Disney+ can any help

You should have signed up from the link sent to you on an email after you chose the Disney offer.

You have to do this within 28 days of choosing.

Thank you, I have search my emails, and I am very lazy when it comes to emails I dont delete anything, I can not find anything from O2 at all. I have search all my folders, inbox, junk mail and the trash bin (just incase). Disney+ is showing on my account but that is all. I have started a chat with O2 so who knows what will happen, but thank you for your reply.
