Hi there,

I have just seen my latest bill and I have been charged for Disney+. This is despite having previously signed up to ‘6 months Disney+ on us’ or something similar and I did not ever agree to paying a monthly subscription. Please correct on my next bill.

@Waylo This is not O2. This is a customer community. Customer service numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

Below is alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Best time to call is 8 am.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You are automatically opted in after 6 months.

You need to cancel.

It does specifically state in the T&C's which you will have read and agreed to when signing up to the extra that you are opted-in so charges will start unless you cancel.
