Hi

I get 30% discount for life when I took out my contract 2 years ago now i'm trying to upgrade but before i go through the checkout the discount is not showing up, I dont know if it will automatically be added on after checkout or if I'll have to ring up

any help appreciated

Hi Vikki.

Is the discount due to who you work for or was it gifted to you from an O2 employee?

The 30% discount is for the life of that particular contract and not for any subsequent upgrades, so either you would need to re-apply your O2 Open discount or contact the person who gave you the discount on your last contract.
