I am traveling through the USA and El Salvador until the first week of July. I contact the O2 before my travels to add the functionality to make calls in the USA and make calls back home.
Today I received a very concerning email stating that I am leaving O2! What is this about? I know nothing about this and did not request to leave O2.
This is a new contract for 12 months that started recently.
Please do not disconnect my number I am travelling and it's important that I can contact my family at home in the UK.
Would appreciate a reply confirming that you will not disconnect me.
