Why after paying my monthly payment has my phone been disconnected. Leaving me with no phone ?

This isn't customer service @Martin15051990 so we couldn't tell you.

Do you have refresh? If so, there are 2 payments to make.

Probably best you contact O2 directly to see what the issue is http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@Martin15051990 Did you pay on time? If you paid late have you made the payment in full & a reconnecting fee? Have you rebooted your phone to see if you have coverage

Any payment you made won't clear over the weekend and if the payment was already late the automated system won't take weekends into account. Your best option is to contact customer service.
