I contacted someone due to my bill to be paid on the 3rd of april due to covid19 as i havent got paid and my account was still barred today, i am unable to do or receive calls, the lady that i spoke to told me if i called them they would unbar my phone but i am unable to get hold of anyone.

Hi Guys,


You can call customer service on 0344 809 0202 from a landline

 

or you can ring 202 from your mobile. (it probably wont work for the first 20 or so times) but if you keep trying to ring 202 it will usually accept the outgoing call to customer service.

If bills are not paid, O2 will cut you off, that's a fact.
It makes no difference what CS tell you as that will just be a delay in reporting non payment to credit agencies. You phone will still be barred until the bills are paid.

Still doesn’t resolve the issue even ringing them on skype doesn’t work 😡😡
