If you are looking to change the date of your direct debit, then yes, this has to be done via customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2
If you are just changing your bank details then this can be done via My O2

@2281steveb Be aware that it cannot be changed within 6 days of your payment date. You may have to wait a month to do it if you're too close to the date.
