My device is two days old and tonight it has gone off on its own and will not come back on its a Samsung A12. Has anyone else had this problem and is it best to go to a store to sort this matter thank you

Holding power and volume down together for 30 seconds or so should reset it but if it continues to play up, you can exchange it for a new one within the first 30 days.
You can only exchange in store if you bought it from the store. If it was online, you need to call customer service to arrange the exchange.
