I'm having the same problem paying a device plan and cancelling an old contract.

 

There's no way to pay it online or through the app, I can't pay it in an O2 store and I was told by O2 they can't take the payment over the phone (the csr is working from home).

 

I'm trying to give them money and there's no way to do it!

 

Why can't they take payments through the website and save everyone the time and hassle?!

 

So frustrating.
