Hi, I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me, When I bought my new phone with O2 I had to put in a deposit of around £270 due to my credit score being low, this was the first phone I have ever bought on contract, I was told when making this deposit I would be paid back in full if I was successful in paying my first 3 months of my contract. I have been paying my contract successfully each month since December and haven’t heard or had my money back since. I haven’t been able to contact anyone at O2 either due to the lockdown. If anybody could give me some advice that would be great thanks.
