I have an oppo find X3 neo 2021 and are not able to receive pin codes for 2 stage verification before the app times out.

I get them hours later, sometimes at midnight.

Needed for O2, banking, ebay etc.

This is no use to me at all.

I have had the phone 3 months and had a replacement sim but still have the same trouble.

My partner has a s21 and has good signal and no trouble with this.

Sometimes its the provider, sometimes it the handset marking them as spam, and sometimes its the networks..

If your bank etc offers true 2FA and not the **** using SMS verification, which all banks have been told not to use, then use that.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
