ordered a phone Friday 18th said delayed delivery 2-3 days, does that mean I get it in 2-3 days or o2 is getting stock delivered to them in 2-3 days?

It could mean anything, as O2's stock system isn't live.

You will get an email just before it's dispatched and you can then track your order.
