O2 is horrible, horrible company, they are doing everything possible to harass you when you decided to leave them.
I gave them a notice within 14 days to cancel my contract and they send me sms that I own them £221. I called them and support person confirmed that it was done automatically in mistake. Also I been told to remove all 02 direct debits which I have done.
Today I received an update from ClearScore suggested that I default on O2 company.
Leave them when you can and watch your credit history.
Will never ever have any business with this company or anyone they associated with.
And finally the question: how do I get this resolved?
