Literally my phone ******ed up which I had insurance, sent it off...which over run my bill date, (19th of ever month)

I didn’t have my phone for 4 days in total it’s now Xmas day... had my phone 1 full day, which with o2 I get 10gb of data, some how I’ve used all 10gb already? Literally haven’t used the phone for pretty much a week! Now I get told I’ve used my data! No ******ing way was my raeation as I just about scrape 10gb a month! But being with my phone, and Just about access to any social media or using my data atall I get the dreaded message.... used all my data, bull ******
