Hi, my data has all been used up 30GB. I only use wifi and my roaming is turned off. I am in the Philippines at the moment but usually in England.

Your phone should show you how much data has been being used over time, @Palmstwo - both WiFi and 4G or similar.
Some phones have a WiFi assist feature that flips to cellular data if the WiFi signal is weak - but you would have needed Data Roaming to be enabled for that to happen, and would be paying over £7 daily, as there's no bolt on available for the Philippines I'm afraid. You will be paying international rates. Check this guide. It will be Rest Of The World. Guide: Roaming MegaGuide
Making calls £2min
Receiving calls £2min
Sending texts 50p
Using data £7.20/MB
You may want to think about using a local PAYG sim whilst you are there.
Use Wifi where you can. Keep in touch with friends and family by using Messenger or Whatsapp. (free over Wifi)
Unless your 30GB was used before you travelled, I cannot think how it would be gone without you having paid the data charge daily for the Philippines. Check what your MyO2 says and disable WiFi assist on your phone, to be doubly sure, @Palmstwo.
