Check data usage on your phone to list usage by app.

O2 won't be able to tell you

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Have you got apps running in the background? @Stephenrcope

I looked in MYO2 view data usage per month.   I had a spike when I couldn't use my own WiFi because BTOR managed to cut off the lines by accident 😐

Check that you have not accidentally switched-off your WiFi @Stephenrcope

You could be using more mobile data if things - surfing, updates etc - that you normally do via WiFi have used your mobile data. 👍
