I have 10gb of data a month.
6pm yesterday I get a text saying I have used 80%, check my o2 account online and see I have 2gb remaining. Tried to watch a video on my break and then at 9pm received a text saying I used all my data.
I check in settings to see how much mobile data I used in the day and was about 1gb for the whole day so doesn't add up and now I have no data, where has my data gone?

There are issues with data on iPhones being used without the user's knowledge.
Have you checked the data settings on your phone to see what has used it?
