I got a message saying I’ve used all my data but when I look at my o2 app it says I still have 9gb left, which should I believe?

Hi @Anonymous Have you signed up for a promotional tariff which gives you additional data? If so look at this thread https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-guides/Where-is-my-discount-or-Extra-Data/bc-p/1075494

You can also check your usage in My O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

That will tell you what you have used to date

You are on the 3gb base tariff with 9gb as a promotional bolt on.
You will get the message when you have used up your vase 3gb of data. The promotional data should kick in automatically but if not, just restart your phone.
