Hi,

Can anyone point me to the section on the O2 website where I can buy a data top up? I've been browsing for the last 10mns and can't seem to find where I can do so. Thanks.

I have tried that. I am on ''O2 simplicity 100'' and I just want to get more data this month (and no change to call). So how can I purchase additional data allowance only? Thanks

Why has O2 collected £10 from me via direct debit on 3/3/16 and 3/4/16 for a 1Gb top up but never actually given me the top up?? I have now had to buy 2 additional £2 "bolt ons" for a service I have already paid for!! Please resolve this issue immediately.

This is a customer forum and no one can access your accounts.

You need to call CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and get them to check your account.

They will refund or activate your data as applicable.

I have also deleted your number from my response and I suggest you do the same to avoid spam.

It looks like you have purchased a reoccuring bolt on at some stage. Customer service will cancel it for you. I suggest calling rather than use live chat.
