Hi there

I have two lines on my account. I have one Sim only 12gb plan for my sister, and I have a device (my iPhone) with 1gb of data. I upgraded my sister’a tariff a few months ago to a ‘sharer plan’ so I can share data between the two lines. I Still don’t have the option to do this on the myo2 app or online. How can I activate data sharing??
Any help would be appreciated thanks

Set the one you want as a lead device in your MyO2.

You then need to upgrade the other tariff to a sharer plan tariff to use the data from the other one.
