Hi my day is not working while in Europe on holiday. How can this be fixed asap. My roaming is turned on.

Some things to try:

  1. Make sure data roaming and mobile data is turned on in your phone's settings.
  2. Manually search for another network
  3. Reboot the phone
  4. If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
  5. Try toggling Airplane mode on/off (it often helps kickstart things)
  6. Drop down to 3G and see if that helps.
  7. Contact O2 to see if there are any roaming bars on the account

 

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
