Data plan removal

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have asked three different helpers by using "online chat" to remove my Data plan bolt on.

It's till in operation and the last operator I spoke with told me that the two previous online chat operators had forgotten to do it !!!!

Is these a way I can remove in my self - I have looked on the o2 site but cant find out how to remove it.

Same goes for paper billing - and itemised billing....how do I stop these from poping through my letterbox at £1.00 and £1.50 ???

Thanks

Bolt ons can be removed in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 just got to the bolt on section of your tariff.
For paper bill changes I would call Customer Services on 202 rather than rely on live chat.

DEFINITELY call if you have a problem with cancellation in My O2. For account issues speaking to someone who understands what you need is infinitely better.

with respect - i have spoken to 3 different people on the live chat facility - each one has assured me they will remove both the paper bill - the itemised bill and the "all rounder for iphone" at  £5.00 ex vat per month - but it never happens..... it's still there !!!

Do i need to write a letter to o2 ? I cant call them as I'm registered Deaf !!!!

You are best to call and O2 support NGTS for the deaf and hard of hearing https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/NGTS/m-p/1030065#M89141

I've had a look and you can also text "ROUNDOFF" to 21300 to remove the all rounder.

21300

Text message sent to 21300 and back came a text asking me to call them..... when I called them the operator wasnt able to remove the "all rounder for iphone.... it saying "all my attempts  to remove this bolt on are being over ridden !!!!!

Seems this bolt on cant be removed as I'm out of contract - the only way to get the bolt on removed is to take out a new sim only deal -or upgrade - so thats it - I'm off to explore a new supplier

Sounds like an "incentive" to force you to upgrade, to me !
