My data has completely stopped working on my iPhone (about a day and a half now). I topped the data up with a bolt on two days ago as it had run out. However, my new monthly allowance came in the day after that anyway. On My o2 it states I have 28.99GB left now. Why isn’t it working? I’ve checked if it’s an area issue online and it says that everything is fine. My dad is also with o2 and his data is working fine in the same place. I have turned my phone on and off and updated it but nothing has changed. If anyone know what I can do? Thank you.
