Data allowance / warning message

Hi i have got monthly plan 10gb data allowance ( 5gb in contract and 5 extra data) but when im near 5 gb o2 send me a message that im almost finish my data. On my o2 app is different information ( still over 5gb left) can they change that alert message or what i can do to do that?

It's not possible to change it unfortunately.
Due to the way o2 add the extra data as a bolt on, the system will automatically warn when the base tariff data is used up.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
