I'm unable to check my data usage, it says - sorry we can't show this information at the moment - on both 02 app and when I log in online. Has anyone else got this problem?

Go to your bill, click Recent Charges and then click UK Browse & Download.
At the bottom it should show you roughly how much you have already used although it can be up to 12 hours behind.

Yes - but it should be negligible. It's just a rough guide until the allowance feature starts working again.
