I'm unable to check my data usage, it says - sorry we can't show this information at the moment - on both 02 app and when I log in online.  Has anyone else got this problem?

I think it's the same for everyone slight_smile I can't see my data usage on my O2 app or the normal my O2.

Go to your bill, click Recent Charges and then click UK Browse & Download.

 

At the bottom it should show you roughly how much you have already used although it can be up to 12 hours behind.

Dosnt the billing page include the iPhone's visual data/blackberry's apn and other things that don't get included into a data plan? So you will actually get a higher data usage amount using the billing page slight_smile

Yes - but it should be negligible. It's just a rough guide until the allowance feature starts working again.
