i have tried on numerous occasions to contact o2 customer services. however all responses are automated and im left with the phone being hung up. No indication of when or how to contact customer services has been outlined anywhere on the o2 site. Covid-19 has left me without work and im now struggling with bills. i would like to discuss this with o2 before i fall into arrears.
Can i please advised of the best method to get in contact with someone from o2 customer services. This is of great concern and is causing serves anxiety.
i need some answer please!

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
