Customer service really insurance

So I pay for insurance for my phone in the event the worst happens and it did I send off a rose gold phone and they send me a gold phone as they apparently don't insure the phone colour ????????

so peed off

I'm sure you can reject the replacement and wait for a rose gold but there is no way of knowing how long you will be without a phone.

Yes you can choose to reject the replacement and wait how ever long for the phone you want but it should be done immediately.
