All we wanted was to speak to a human via web chat! What web chat????????? Only wanted to ask a brief question .. so went to the mobile phone and called that way only to hang up on me and told us you get contact on this website! REALLY??????? I am going into a store today if they end up telling me I cannot pay for getting out of my contract only via the website I am gonna be very upset! No wonder I am changing my provider!!!
