I've been experiencing a crossed lines issue all day. Everytime someone tries to call me, the call goes through to someone else and it never comes through on my phone. This has been happening with incoming calls from both local UK and international numbers.
When I tried calling them back though, the call went through without any issues.
Can someone please guide me on this? I'm quite anxious about missing important calls, and there's no getting through to o2 customer service, as usual.
