You may be making calls or sending texts that aren't included in your bundles but you need to seek advice directly from O2 (call 4445) in the absence of any further information.

@Anonymous This is not o2 you are talking to. We are all customers like you. Do you know which pay as you go tariff you have? You have to pay for calls using the credit that you top up with.
You need to call all customer service on 4445 at 25p a call
