Im really confused my phone contract is being declined i don’t understand why it got accepted and it said i would have to pay a deposit I accidentally refreshed the page and now its saying declined is there any reason why its done this

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
