Hi @O2Lisa, I'm still waiting to hear back from O2credit check dept. for an explanation but maybe you can assist me sooner from what i've seen in other posts.... Long story short ordered 2 Pay Monthly Sim Only plans all fine, tried to order a 3rd sim (twice) and passed credit check only to be told each time I had to wait due to an order in progress...
So I waited and then tried again after 24hrs had elapsed and my initial 2 orders for Sims going through and being delivered. This time I failed the credit check on 2 subsequent attempts (online and in App) to get the 3rd Sim which is just for a £6/month additional sim offered in app. My credit rating is Excellent, 999 Experian, and 974 Clear Score so what's occurring with a 3rd Sim credit check failure and when will I be able to order successfully please as I really want to use my EE PAC a.s.a.p.?

Hi @O2Lisa, I have an almost identical scenario to this. Credit scores aren't quite as good, 900 Experian, 700ish Equifax, but still good. Got two fine and transferring the number from Vodafone, just need to to the last one if it's at all possible? Happy to share my details via private message as required.
