Hi, I just arrive to Spain and I can’t use my data, I have done everything that I l’ve found on internet and still, I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Some things to try
1) Manually search for another network
2) Reboot the phone
3) If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4) If still not working then contact O2 to remove the roaming bar on your account
. If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I am having the same problem with roaming and mobile data, I have tried all those things and still not working, is there à webchat to talk to someone from O2?

Not at this time on Christmas day, all support is now closed.

Thank you!! I can’t believe how easy was, I went straight to the third option because I have already tried the other 2 options and guess what I have my data back on and running smoothly. Thanks again.
if someone else is in the same situation try to change you data APN to: “mobile.o2.co.uk”

Hi, change your data APN to “mobile.o2.co.uk” I had the same problem and Somebody told me to try this and it worked.
