Cortana release on Nokia Lumia 635

Hi.

I see from TV advertising that Cortana is available in the UK on the Nokia Lumia 735.  I am at present using Cortana in the US version by changing region etc. to US.  Is there a planned release date for UK Cortana on the Lumia 635?  To get Cortana was one of my main reasons for going with Windows.

Phones firmware not sim card.

If you get O2 splash screens and have pre installed O2 apps there's a good chance it is O2 firmware. If not it could be generic UK unbranded firmware.

Hi.  Yes, definitely O2 firmware.  OS version 8.10.12397.895 Firmware revision - 01061.00066.14235.36003

I see from a post on Microsoft that the UK release for Cortana is on OS 8.10.14141.167 or later so I suppose my question is when will that version be released to Lumia 635.  Hope that makes sense.

I'm afraid to date, our GDR1 update has only been launched onto the Lumia 930 - As soon as we get details for the other Lumia devices i'll be sure to update everyone. Sorry for the lack of info at present but it's something we're constantly looking into.
