I had an old device (iPhone 15 Pro Max) and recently swapped it for an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and returned the old phone to o2. Now I am paying for two devices and this is a mistake on your part because I returned the old device eight days after receiving the new device when I had fourteen days to do so.
Now please correct my monthly payment.
