Hi everyone, this is my first post so go easy on me.
Basically without going into too much detail, I have been falsely accused of something. It is not a police matter but I want to clear my name.
I made a phone call in July to someone and the details of this phone call would clear my name 100%. Obviously there are privacy laws but only what I said would clear me.
According to the subject access report I can apply for call records but is there any way of getting a transcript of a particular call i made?
I know the date, the time and the duration of the call already from by bill.
Thanks.

You won't have any chance of a transcript of the call unfortunately unless as stated one of the parties recorded it. Although I suppose the NSA could probably help out:smileywink:
Seriously though, I think you need to find some other way of clearing your name or rely on the judicial system.

A reporter from one of the national daily papers might be able to help!
