I simply want to renew my contract. Why is this not possible?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

It should be possible, what is the problem exactly?

You can upgrade in your myo2 or by calling sales or go in store. 

If you don't wish to upgrade yet, just do nothing and your current contract will run on a rolling 30 day basis
