Hey , I have a contract 5 Data £27.28/month . It was for 18 months. If I change for a new contract 3 data . Do you know if it’s for 12 or 18 months?

If you CHANGE tariff, the term will stay the same.

If you UPGRADE, it will be for the new length of the new tariff.
