Can't phone out

Hello

 

Can someone from O2 contact me, my phone cannot phone out currently, even on 202 number!

There is no other means to contact, no web chat, which has gone, no email.

 

I get the message "Calls cannot be made on this mobile phone, please use another phone to call your service provider"

 

We are in a global pandemic and O2 want me to break the law by getting someone elses phone. This is unacceptable.

 

I have been with O2 years, and I have to say this is a dire service during a pandemic.

You can use Skype to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Also check that your bills are fully paid http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
