Hello. We're getting in touch to let you know that you're currently out of your minimum contract term and your monthly Airtime Plan is £35.49*, this excludes any current discounts you may have.

You can choose to stay on the same tariff, move to another tariff, or switch to another provider.

To see what tariffs are available go online http://v.o2.co.uk/L254e5x1

We're here to help. Just call 202 free from your O2 mobile or pop into one of our shops.
*+RPI adjustment applies. Terms apply.

what does this mean ? Does this mean I can’t use my phone anymore .

This is just telling your 12/24/36 month commitment has finished

Everything stays the same, and you can keep using the phone as you have been doing, or switch to a different tariff if you want / upgrade

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If you do nothing, nothing will change and you will carry on with your current tariff.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
