Just got an call from 08452930018 asking if i want to upgrade my contract early for £73 (im due in 3 months for a free upgrade). Said no thanks i will wait and that was that
Would that have been from o2, or some other 3rd party company trying to get me to sign up with them? Googling the number some claim its o2 others from companies like Carphone Warehouse. Either way i would rather upgrade in store

Yea thats what im planning on doing
Think it was a genuine call, he had my full name and the cost to upgrade early was the exact amount that my o2 says i would have to pay.
Although they did say they could do me a "special" deal, which isnt that special as its what o2 quote me

Possibly a trusted partner of O2.
You can ask O2 via 202 to turn that off so they don't ring you again. Or write to their correspondence address.
