Just renewed my O2 contract through uSwitch tried to do it directly with O2 but was way more expensive the agent said if I go via uSwitch I will lose some benefits is this true?

You will lose the option of having a Refresh contract Guide: How does O2 Refresh work? 

Priority. However they may not be deal breakers so go with the option which suits you (and your finances )best 😂
