Contract renewal date

Because of my contract renewal date bring 30th May 2015, I can just leave and try a new supplier, ? Just sick of all the network problems and no answer or solutions, DN14 7, AREA

Hi,

Yes you'll need to pay a final months bill, but you can now leave without further penalty.

Be sure to leave your direct debit in place until your balance is zero.

Good luck in your new network.

Can I just hope into a shop get a new contract from somebody else and let them deal with it as I am not in a contract with O2 as my contract sate has passed

 No you need to deal with it yourself. Get a PAC from o2 and give it to your new network. Once used it will automatically end the contract with o2 and they will produce a final bill.

Your contract doesn't end until you give 30 days notice.
If you don't cancel it, it will continue to roll on month by month.
