Hi Good Morning
How do I chat with O2 in there online thing
O2 has switched off my phone and I can’t call or use Skype or internet when out on the street I am a female stuck in a foreign country by myself with no other way of getting in touch with anyone
I am really stressed about this
Stuck here due to Covid 19
Any advise will help

You can contact o2 online using the online chat between 8am and 6pm UK time, by going to https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and if and when an agent is available.
You can also find a wifi hotspot in a hotel or coffee shop and use Skype on your handset or laptop by calling the Payment support team 0800 902 0217 again from 8am.
