Hi there,
I have purchased a phone on-line today from O2 and it arrived without a USB lead which I was assured would be in the box. I am trying to contact customer services by e-mail, without resorting to using an 0844 number. Live chat gave me:- mycare@o2@email.co.uk but the postmaster has thrown it back and can't deliver it, does anyone have any ideas why please? Would appreciate any help as I'm not a happy bunny at the moment, thanx.
