Hi, my name's Liyana. Last January, I paid £225 as a consumer gateway deposit on my phone and a new data plan. They said I could get it back after 3 months. May I know when and how the process to get it back?

After 3 on time payments, it will be credited back on your 4th Bill. If you waant it back into your bank, you will have to call customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2
