Log into your MyO2
http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 for the main account you want as the lead then click on the link to "Bring in other products".
Follow the on screen instructions.
Please note that once linked, you cannot unlink them and this will only put all accounts into one MyO2 login.
To pay for them all from one bill you will have to call customer services to combine all payments into one
